My boots showed up faster than expected, and the box was in good shape when it got here. If this order is anything to go by, their shipping seems reliable.

I went in looking for a new pair of work boots and ended up browsing longer than I expected. Justin Boots had way more options than I thought, including work boots, western styles, and some casual ones too. It was easy to find sizes, and I liked that the color choices didn’t feel too limited. Overall, it was nice having a solid selection without feeling like I had to dig around forever...

I realized after placing my boot order that I’d messed up my shipping address, so I messaged customer service right away. They actually got back to me quickly and fixed it without making it feel like a big hassle.

The boots showed up just fine, and the whole process ended up being super easy. It was actually nice dealing with people who were helpful and didn’t make things complicated.

I was disappointed with this. At first it seemed fine, but after about a week the stitching already started looking sloppy and worn. It really doesn’t feel like the quality is there anymore, and stuff like this just makes me regret buying it

I really wanted to like these boots more, but... yeah, a lot of the designs from Justin Boots just feel kind of old fashioned to me. There are a few pairs that look nice, for sure, but a lot of them have heavier stitching or color combos that just don’t really fit my style.
